We recently completed framing our contemporary Craftsman home, The Carlisle, located at 1502 McGilvra Boulevard East. One great aspect of this home design is that we installed a furnace in the main and upper floors as well as radiant heat under the lower level concrete slab. This combination system will allow the future homeowners to have dual-zone climate control between floors with air circulation and filtration in addition to the benefit of walking on warm floors on those cold and rainy Seattle days. Plumbers and HVAC finished their rough-in work last week in addition to the installation of windows throughout the structure. Electricians are still working on their rough-in. The next step in our construction process will be installing doors and siding the home with a mixture of cedar shake, horizontal siding, and accent panels.

We are well underway with the construction of The Chadwick located at 5112 46th Avenue Northeast in the beautiful Laurelhurst neighborhood. Things are beginning to take shape as a result of completing the framing process. Plumbers and electricians are currently working on rough-in and windows are being installed throughout the frame. Additionally, gutters have been installed, foam insulation has been sprayed, and HVAC rough-in has started. The next step…sheetrock installation.
